In a stout blender add
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
2-3 stalks rhubarb, washed and cut into smaller pieces
1 scoop protein (I prefer pea and it can be either vanilla or strawberry)
2 large carrots, washed, ends cut off, cut into smaller pieces
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tbsp. hemp seeds
1 cup milk (I prefer almond milk)
2 cups water
1/2 cup stevia
blend well
add
4 cups strawberries, either fresh or frozen
blend well
you may add additional water and/or ice if you wish... then blend
