2 bananas

1 scoop pea protein
1 tbs Ceylon cinnamon
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup milk (I use almond milk)
2 large carrots
1 stalk celery
2 pieces/sheets of seaweed
1/4 cup walnut pieces
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1 tsp aswaganda
1 tsp cardamon
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp maca root
1/2 cup stevia or to taste (stevia comes in different forms and if you are using the concentrated, start with just 1 tsp)
Blend
add ice
