In a large bowl:
2 cups coconut sugar
3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
pinch of sea salt
In a pan on the stove, slowly bring to a light boil:
8 tbs butter
1/4 cup unsweetened coco powder
1 cup natural peanut butter (crunchy is best, no sugar)
1 tbs vanilla
1/2 cup whole milk
Bring items on the stove to a light boil for about 1 minute. Pour into large bowel with the oats and sugar.
Mix well.
Spoon individual cookies onto a cookie sheet pre-sprayed with olive oil or you can pour into a casarole dish also pre-sprayed. Put into fridge and allow to cool for at least 30 minutes. Cover and keep refridgerated.
