In a stout blender add:
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
2 large peeled oranges
1 cup cauliflower
1 tsp ashwagandha
1 tbs chia seeds
1 tsp maca root
1 tsp taurine
1 cup almond milk
1 scoop protein powder (pea is my recommendation)
stevia to taste
water and ice to coming close to filling the blender
blend well
enjoy
