In a stout blender add
1 cup rolled oats
2 large bananas
2 large carrots
1 tbs ashwagandha
1 tbs chia seeds
1 scoop pea protein
1 tsp taurine
1 tsp maca root powder
1 cup almond milk
2 tbs dark chocolate
add stevia to taste
add water and ice
blend well
