This may not cure either Alzheimer's or diabetes, but a similar consistent diet (no crap) with exercise and proper sleep can help avoid and will typically ameliorate the symptoms.
In a stout blender add:
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 large carrots. (Cut the very end of the large end off. Wash, but do not peel.)
1 large banana (yes, peel the banana)
Abt 2" of cucumber. (Washed, not peeled.)
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup cranberries (or dried cranberries, but if dried, have them be as low in sugar as possible. No sugar is best.)
1 stalk celery (washed with the very bottom cut off)
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp cardamon
4 tbs Dutch baking chocolate or cacao nibs
1 tbs Ceylon cinnamon
1 tbs virgin organic coconut oil
1 small sheet seaweed
1 scoop protein powder. Pea is preferred.
Add water and ice to blend. The blender should be almost full.
Stevia to taste
