1 cup Milk, I prefer almond
4 packed baby spinach, washed
2 1/2 cups pineapple chunks, include the core if fresh
1 scoop vanilla protein, I prefer pea protein
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup stevia
2 cups water
blend well
add Ice
blend well
Optional
½ teaspoon cloves, ground
And/or
½ teaspoon cardamom, ground
blend well
approximately 935 calories
