Baked Asparagus (with or without onions)
Cut off the hard ends of the asparagus and wash.
If you wish to add onion, remove the outer skin of an onion and cut into small pieces.
Put into a dish such as the one above or a cookie sheet.
Pour approximately 1/4 cup olive old of the asparagus (and onions if added)
Place into an oven, preheated to 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Remove, and turn vegetables over with a fork or spatula.
Lightly add garlic and black pepper seasoning, rosemary, and grated parmesan cheese.
Return to the oven for another 10 to 15 minutes.
Allow to cool to warm.
Enjoy...delicious
