Healthier snacks with Dahnaya (some kids/adults may like other options better)

I've been talking with some people lately about how to get kids (and even adults) to try to eat healthier food options.  You might have a major rebellion on your hands if you just take away the crap and tell them they have to eat healthy.  It might  be a better idea to try some healthier options and see what they like and will eat.  It may not be perfect, but may be better than the "crap" they usually eat.
These are just a few options.  There are lots you can try.  There is something called "systematic desensitization" where you slowly introduce what you want someone to do and perhaps reward them for successively closer approximations.  In this case, the reward is their eating something they still like.  If you slowly remove the "crap" and slowly introduce healthier options, you are helping them move in the right direction.  You can slowly introduce even more healthy options and slowly remove more of the "crap."
