In a blender add
1 large granny smith or yellow delicious apple, washed and cored
1 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon chia seed
1 tablespoon hemp seed
1 cup milk, I prefer almond milk
1 scoop protein, I prefer pea
1 cup sweetener, I prefer stevia
3-4 cups washed arugula
1/2 cups walnuts
2 cups water
blend well
add ice and blend well
