Blackberry full meal balanced delicious vegan smoothie (kids and others may mistake this for a blackberry milkshake)

 In a stout blender add

1 cup old fashioned rolled oats

1 cup almond milk

3 cups water

1 scoop pea protein (plain or vanilla)

1 tablespoon chia seed

1 tablespoon hemp seed

4 cups blackberries

1/2 cup stevia

4 cups spinach (packed)

blend well

add ice

blend well

about 893 calories
