Start with a stout blender
Cut the very ends off of 6 Brussel sprouts, wash, and place in the blender
add 2 cups blueberries
add 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
add 1 scoop vanilla protein (pea is best0
add 1 cup milk (I prefer almond)
add 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
add 1 tablespoon anise
add 3- 4 cups water
add ice and blend well
