Into a stout blender add:
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup almond milk
1 scoop vanilla pea protein
1 large lemon, peeled (I find it easier to cut it in half and use a knife)
1 ounce (by weight) ginger root
1/2 cup honey (or to taste)
1 tablespoon rosemary
four cups water
ice
blend well
