The Number One Best Exercise for Depression


While diet CAN have a positive impact on depression, DO NOT stop medication without consulting with and under the advice of your doctor.  For many, diet, sunlight, exercise (especially aerobic) AND medication and in some situations, positive psychotherapy/counseling are the best avenue for reducing or eliminating depression.  (Avoid counselors/therapists who attempt to help you feel good for doing bad...there are many today.)
