½ cup no-sugar coconut flakes
1 large, washed portabella mushroom
1 small jicama with the skin removed and cut into small
pieces
1 20 oz can pineapple chunks or bits, in its own juice
(include the juice)
I scoop protein powder, I prefer pea
½ cup stevia
Blend well
Add ice
Blend well
