Peal 3 to 6 lemons
Blend the lemons
Freeze the lemons in small bags or containers (not all together because you want easy to use pieces when frozen)
Add in a stout food processor (Ninja with double blades is best)
1 cup milk or almond milk
1 cup stevia
1 scoop protein powder (whey or pea)
add some of the lemon, and blend, then a little more, and blend, then the rest.
