Add to a stout blender:
Wash all the vegetables and cut off the ends. Do not peel the vegetables.
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1 scoop pea protein
2 small or 1 large sheet of seaweed
1 teaspoon cardamom
1 tablespoon Ceylon cinnamon
1 tablespoon turmeric
4 tablespoons Dutch baking chocolate
1 tablespoon virgin organic coconut oil
1/3 cup stevia
about 2 inches of English cucumber
2 large carrots
1 stalk celery
1 cup almond milk
2 cups water
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup dried cranberries
blend well
add ice
blend well
about 1458 calories
Drink for breakfast, or drink part and save the rest for lunch.
I typically drink it with two pieces of whole grain bread, toasted but without anything added.
