Hummus

This is one variation of a popular Middle-eastern treat best served in small amounts on bread or crackers.Lightly saute in a sauce pan or small cast-iron frying pan at a medium setting on the stove:
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup sesame seeds
2 teaspoons crushed red pepper
1 chopped clove garlic:
Stir and saute for 10 minutes only.  (Sesame seeds burn easily)
In a blender add:
1 pealed lemon
1/2 cup (already cooked) brown rice
2 cups (already cooked) black or garbanzo beans
Blend

Add sauteed ingredients

Blend well and refrigerate in an airtight container until used
