In a stout blender add
1 cup rolled oats
2 large bananas
2 large carrots
1 tbs ashwagandha
1 tbs chia seeds
1 scoop pea protein (preferred, but whey is also ok)
1 tsp taurine
1 tsp maca root powder
1 cup almond milk
2 tbs dark chocolate OR cacao powder which is even better.
1 tbs powdered greens (There are many options and this provides additional balance to the smoothie in case you are using it to lose weight. If you are, a good multiple vitamin/mineral is also recommended.)
add stevia to taste
add water and ice
blend well
