Healthy Mousse recipe from Debbie Brown

Soak 1 cup raw cashews from 30 minutes to an hour
Add to a stout blender
1 cup soaked raw cashews
1 cup chipped dates
2 TBS non sweetened cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla
Optional ingredient from Pete...add a slight amount of stevia to taste if you want it a little sweeter.  However, I found it delicious without the stevia.
Add water to cover.
Blend for 7 minutes adding a little water as necessary but not too much that it loses its thick texture.
