1 large or 2 small peeled grapefruits
1 cup water
1 small or 1/2 large cucumber
1 stalk celery
1 cup green cabbage
1 cup rolled oats or rolled barley
1/4 cup walnuts
1 scoop protein powder
Stevia to taste (you may also use another non sugar or non corn syrup healthy sweetener)
Ice (a little at a time, blend, then add more until you have the desired consistency)
