Try doing what is suggested. Write down at least three things you are grateful every day and sincerely thank someone every day for something. It will change your life. It will help you reduce stress. If you need to, it will help you be more physically and mentally healthy.
To save money, grow your own garden, plant vegetables in a planter on your step or in your window. Substitute ingredients with what you can grow or purchase locally or free from friends/neighbors. Eat: Whole Grains, Vegetables, Fruit, Legumes, Complex Carbs, healthy Herbs and Spices. Avoid: Simple Carbs, Sugar, Corn Syrup. Eat in moderation: starches and meat. Drink: Water.
