Spinach mint smoothie with energy boost. Another full meal smoothie.

In a stout blender add:
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats (or rolled barley or rolled wheat)
1 cup almond milk
2 cups water
2 large carrots with the ends cut off and well washed
4 packed cups spinach, washed
1 tablespoon chia seed
1 scoop protein powder, I prefer pea
2 large apples, I prefer golden delicious or granny smith
1/2 cup stevia (powder)
1 avocado
1/2 cup fresh mint
blend well
add ice
blend well
You may drink it all at once or throughout the day.

Approximately 915 calories

This smoothie, like all my smoothies, represents all the required food groups as found in "my plate."
