In a blender add:
1 cup milk, I still prefer almond
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
4 cups baby spinach
Blend well
2 apples, washed and cored
1 avocado with the skin and seed removed
2 cups water
1/2 cup stevia
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
blend well
add ice
blend well
delicious and nutritious
