Not my most delicious, but good and extremely nutritious
in a stout blender add
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup milk (I prefer almond)
2 cups pomegranate seeds (washed)
4 cups chopped spinach (washed)
1 tablespoon chia seed
1 scoop protein (I prefer pea)
1/2 to 3/4 cup stevia
2 cups water
blend well
add ice and blend well again.
Can be drank at one time or throughout the day.
Approximately 926 calories
To save money, grow your own garden, plant vegetables in a planter on your step or in your window. Substitute ingredients with what you can grow or purchase locally or free from friends/neighbors. Eat: Whole Grains, Vegetables, Fruit, Legumes, Complex Carbs, healthy Herbs and Spices. Avoid: Simple Carbs, Sugar, Corn Syrup. Eat in moderation: starches and meat. Drink: Water. Dark Chocolate and Banana: my most insanely healthy smoothie. Great for soooo many things
In a stout blender:
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
4 tablespoons dark (baking) chocolate
1 tablespoon cinnamon, ceylon if you can find it. I order it online.
2 large bananas
2 large carrots (washed and ends removed)
about 2 to 3 inches of cucumber. (washed, of course) I prefer English.
1 tablespoon virgin organic coconut oil
1 teaspoon cardamon
2 teaspoons turmeric
2 small sheets or 1/2 large sheet seaweed
1 cup milk, I prefer almond milk
1 scoop protein powder, I prefer pea
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup dried cranberries (without sugar if possible)
1 stalk celery (washed and ends cut off)
Add two cups of water.
Blend well.
Add ice and blend well.
About 1257 calories. Drink all at once or throughout the day.

Sweet Potato Pumpkin Pie smoothie, another full meal energy smoothie
In a stout blender add
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
2 washed and cored apples (I prefer either granny smith or yellow delicious for this)
1 scoop protein powder (I prefer pea)
1 cup milk (I prefer almond milk)
two cups water
blend
Wash and cut up one orange sweet potato. Cut out any bad parts but leave the skin. Some people call these yams)
Add the sweet potato
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1 tablespoon chi seed
1/2 cup stevia or another non-sugar sweetener
Blend well
Add ice and blend well
You can drink this all at once or throughout the day.
