In a stout blender add
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
2 washed and cored apples (I prefer either granny smith or yellow delicious for this)
1 scoop protein powder (I prefer pea)
1 cup milk (I prefer almond milk)
two cups water
blend
Wash and cut up one orange sweet potato. Cut out any bad parts but leave the skin. Some people call these yams)
Add the sweet potato
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1 tablespoon chi seed
1/2 cup stevia or another non-sugar sweetener
Blend well
Add ice and blend well
You can drink this all at once or throughout the day.
