Peach Celery full meal balanced smoothie with extra energy

In a large blender:
3 peaches with the seed removed and washed
3 stalks of celery, washed and very bottom cut off
1 scoop protein powder
1 cup milk (almond preferred)
1 tablespoon chia seed
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats (or rolled barley)
2 cups water
1/2 cup stevia
blend well
add ice
blend well

about 775 calories
