Old Fashioned Rolled Oats with Apple: Quick, Nutritious, and Filling: with nutritional information

Pour into bowl
1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 to 3/4 cup water
1 apple sliced into small pieces

Put into microwave for about 1 minute 20 seconds.

Add milk, cashew, soy, or almond milk if you wish.
