Add to a pan
2 1/2 cups water. Bring to a rolling boil.
1 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup raisins
1 tbs cinnamon (Ceylon cinnamon is best. If you use regular, use a little less)
1 tbs honey
Stir as you add. Continue to stir periodically. Bring back to a boil. Done.
