Simple Blueberry Smoothie: another balanced full meal deal

Add in a blender
2 cups blueberries
2 large or 3 medium carrots
1 cup rolled oats or rolled barley
1 cup almondsoycashew, or dairy milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup water
stevia or sucralose to taste

Add ice and blend well
