Apple Crisp 2: Sugar Free, Gluten Free, and Vegetarian

In a large bowl mix:

10 cups cored and thinly sliced apples

2 tablespoons cinnamon

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

3 large eggs or 4 medium eggs

1 cup melted butter (not margarine)

2 cups old fashioned rolled oats

2 cups of either brown rice flour or oat flour (or one cup of each)

1 and 1/2 cup water

1 can frozen apple juice

Optional additional ingredient: 1 cup raisins

Pour mixture into casserole dish

Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for one hour
