Simple Pumpkin Pie Spice Smoothie with Chef Dahnaya and Q






Add in a stout blender
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup milk, I prefer almond
I scoop protein, I prefer pea
2 large washed and cored apples
2 cups water
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
blend
add
1 orange sweet potato, washed and cut into small pieces
blend
add ice
blend.
Optional ingredients
1 tbsp chia seed
1 tbsp hemp seed

approximately 796 calories with the optional ingredients.
