In a bowl mix
One can tuna (drained)
One stalk celery (finely chopped) AND/OR 1/3 cup cucumbers (finely chopped)
Two to three baby pickles (finely chopped)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise…or
2 tablespoons miracle whip…or
2 tablespoons sour cream…or
¼ cup cottage cheese
Mix well and apply to bread. Makes about two large sandwiches
