With the stove on high, spray the pan with a butter flavored no calorie no fat spray.
2 1/2 cups finely chopped onions
2 cups finely chopped bell pepper
1 cup sliced mushrooms
Stir frequently until sauteed as desired. Should not take more than 4 or 5 minutes.
